Software Engineer – Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and capable Software Engineer to become part of our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in building, improving, and maintaining robust software applications that align with business requirements.

You will get the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to high-quality product development using technologies such as .NET (WPF, ASP.NET, MVC, Windows Forms, WinRT), JavaScript, Xamarin, iOS, Android, Java, and Big Data tools.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Evaluate business needs and system requirements to design effective software solutions

✔ Develop system architecture, create algorithms, and implement features through coding

✔ Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using technologies like .NET, JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, and mobile platforms✔ Follow coding standards, development guidelines, and best industry practices

✔ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams for project execution

✔ Participate in team discussions, meetings, and contribute ideas for better solutions

✔ Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as design documents, specifications, and user guides

✔ Document APIs, code updates, and workflows for future reference and team understanding

✔ Stay informed about emerging technologies and current industry trends

✔ Continuously upgrade skills through learning programs, certifications, and tech events

✔ Communicate technical information clearly and provide regular updates on project progress

✔ Work with QA/testing teams to plan and execute testing strategies for quality assurance

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

✔ BE / B.Tech, ME / M.Tech, M.Sc (CS/IT), MCA

✔ 2023 graduates with at least 65% in UG/PG

✔ Minimum 75% in SSLC and HSC

✔ No academic gaps

Required Skills

✔ Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or C++

✔ Strong problem-solving ability with logical and analytical thinking

✔ Good understanding of software engineering concepts and design patterns

✔ Familiarity with development methodologies like Agile or Scrum

✔ Experience with version control systems such as Git

✔ Knowledge of databases and SQL, including schema design and optimization

✔ Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular, React, Vue, or JavaScript

✔ Ability to work collaboratively in team environments

✔ Strong communication skills and attention to detail

✔ Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is an added advantage

✔ Awareness of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools is a plus
